We always pay above the rate

In none of our operations do we only pay the basic union wage. Besides the wage, we also have other arrangements that are above union rates, for example, more holiday depending on the state.

More holiday

With us, you can get up to 30 days of holiday per year. This is far above the tariff in many federal states.

Primarily, tristar GmbH serves the 3 – 4 star market with their hotels and the so-called "Service-Focused-Hotels", meaning hotels that concentrate on the basic needs of travellers. This includes friendly and warm service, a functional room with good Wi-Fi and the best breakfast, as well as the possibility to enjoy small snacks.

Our corporate culture is open and friendly. Staff can share their ideas, wishes and concerns at any time. Besides the leaders in the individual hotels, every employee can also contact a representative at the tristar GmbH corporate headquarters in Berlin. We listen! We take feedback seriously. We want to initiate change together in order to be successful with our teams in the long term.

To secure the future of our business, we naturally also train hotel professionals and chefs.

It's not just about technical qualifications, but above all, a passion for the hospitality industry characterises our teams. The staff uphold an open, respectful, and harmonious approach.
